Latham & Watkins was named 2025 Private Equity Law Firm of the Year by Chambers France in its inaugural edition. The win underscores the team’s unmatched understanding of the market and ability to leverage the firm’s global platform to handle high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional issues.

According to Chambers France, Latham has “a top private equity practice” with a focus on “high-end transactions at both national and international levels,” with “particular prowess in LBO transactions.” The rankings also highlighted lawyers’ “full-service advice and expertise” representing the full spectrum of clients, including global investment funds, asset management companies, and private equity firms.
