Chuan Wei is a key member of Latham’s regional banking team and advises private equity firms, lenders, credit funds, and major corporate borrowers on a wide array of financings with a focus in acquisition finance, margin loans, and special situations. His recent work includes advising Adani on its US$4.5 billion financing and acquisition of Ambuja Cements Ltd. and ACC Ltd., TPG Capital on the acquisition of Malaysia-based higher education institutions, and SATS Ltd. on the bank financing for its S$1.7 billion acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services.
