Competition Partner Featured Among The 50 Best Lawyers in Spain

Madrid partner José María Jiménez-Laiglesia has been recognized in Iberian Lawyer’s annual ranking of the Top 50 Lawyers in Spain. The publication identified Jiménez-Laiglesia as “one of Spain’s leading competition lawyers” and noted his successful interventions in matters involving jurisdictional review of competition and regulatory decisions before Spain’s National High Court and Supreme Court.

Jiménez-Laiglesia regularly represents Spanish and international companies, financial institutions, and private equity firms before Spanish and EU Competition authorities as well as other regulatory bodies. He advises clients on mergers, cartel investigations, and charges of abuse of a dominant position and state aid.
