Human Rights Campaign awards Latham top score in 2020 Corporate Equality Index.
Latham & Watkins was pleased to earn a perfect score of 100% in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.”
The CEI recognizes those companies that have adopted LGBTQ-inclusive policies, practices, and benefits that foster a culture of diversity and inclusion. The firm is very proud to have earned the distinction of being named to the prestigious Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality list each year for more than a decade.
