Latham & Watkins’ Capital Markets Practice ranked #1 legal advisor for green bond issuances in 2015, according to Clean Energy Pipeline’s ‘Global Green Bonds 2016’ report.

The report ranked Latham first by both volume and value of transactions in 2015 and highlighted the firm’s role on a number of the market’s most significant bond issuances, including TerraForm Power, KfW Bankengruppe and Paprec Group, the first high yield green bond offering in France.
