Four Latham Articles Shortlisted for Acclaimed Antitrust Writing Awards
Leading European antitrust publication Concurrences has shortlisted four articles authored by Latham lawyers for its 2025 Antitrust Writing Awards. The annual event honors “articles whose writing, scholarship, originality, and practical relevance make a contribution to competition advocacy.” The shortlisted pieces were chosen by Concurrences editors, who reviewed more than 1,200 articles across the academic, business, and soft law categories.
