Three Latham Partners Among 2014 “Who’s Who in Energy”

The Houston Business Journal has named three Latham partners to its 2014 list “Who’s Who in Energy.” The publication’s annual roundup recognizes industry leaders who provide key services to the energy sector in areas such as education, architecture, and law.

The three Houston-based partners include oil and gas transactions global chair Michael P. Darden, capital markets partner William Finnegan and mergers and acquisitions partner Robin Fredrickson. These partners are an excellent representation of the broad energy expertise found in Latham’s Houston office, which has extensive experience representing a wide-range of energy industry clients. Last year, Latham’s Houston-based lawyers completed more than US$33 billion in capital market transactions and represented principals and financial advisors in more than US$28 billion in announced mergers and acquisitions.
