Latham Advises Acrotec on Acquisition of Friedrich Daniels
Latham & Watkins has advised Acrotec Group (Acrotec), a manufacturer of high-precision components and a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, on the acquisition of Friedrich Daniels GmbH (Friedrich Daniels), a leading manufacturer of surgical instruments and complete solutions. The acquisition is a further step in Acrotec's growth strategy in the field of medical technology.
