Latham Advises Adani Total Gas Limited on US$375 Million Financing
Latham & Watkins has advised Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL), India’s leading City Gas Distribution (CGD) company, on its US$375 million financing. The maiden financing includes an initial commitment of US$315 million with an accordion feature to enhance the commitments.
The financing will accelerate ATGL’s CGD Network Infrastructure Development program expansion to cater to over 200 million people covering 14% of India’s population. The transaction represents the largest global financing in the CGD business.
The Latham team was led by Singapore finance partner Timothy Hia and associates Marc Tan and Wen Yi Tan, with Hong Kong associate Andrea Chin.
