Latham Advises Ares Private Equity Fund on Acquisition of SLR Consulting

Latham & Watkins has advised a fund managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Corporation (Ares), a leading global alternative investment manager, on its acquisition of SLR Consulting, a leading global environmental and sustainability consultancy, from Charterhouse Capital Partners. 

The transaction will be implemented by way of a conditional court approved scheme of arrangement by SLR and it is anticipated that completion will take place by Q4 2022, subject to applicable shareholder and regulatory approvals.
