Latham Advises Astera Institute on Investment in Imbue
Imbue, an independent research lab that trains foundational models to develop AI agents, announced it has raised US$200 million in a Series B Funding round at a valuation of more than US$1 billion. The round was led by Astera Institute and included investment from NVIDIA, Cruise CEO Kyle Vogt, Notion co-founder Simon Last, and others.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Astera Institute in the transaction with an emerging companies team led by Boston partner Dan Hoffman, with associates Naomi Smith, Misola Leeman, and Jake Hummer.
