Latham Advises Astorg on Acquisition of Stake in Acturis

Corporate team represents leading European private equity firm in the transaction.
Latham & Watkins has advised Astorg on its acquisition of a further stake in Acturis. As a result of the transaction, Astorg will now own approximately 52% of the capital of Acturis.
Alongside Acturis management and colleagues, Acturis’ co-founders will remain significant shareholders with a sizable minority stake, and continue to partner closely with Astorg to support existing clients and drive the company's international growth.
The Latham team was led by Paris corporate partner Thomas Forschbach and London corporate partner Neil Campbell, with associates Edward Coates, Hugo Cliff, Cyrus Fung, and Vladislav Vasiliev.
