Latham Advises Aztec Group on Strategic Partnership With Warburg Pincus

Latham & Watkins has advised Aztec Group (Aztec), a leading international fund and corporate services provider, on its strategic partnership with Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor, which will see Warburg Pincus become a minority shareholder and key client of Aztec.

This agreement, which is subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, will support Aztec’s long-term ambitions and the expansion of its client services as it moves beyond its strong position in Europe to become a global player in the high-growth US market and beyond.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Kem Ihenacho and Linzi Thomas, with associates Jon Fox, Alice Drayton, Oscar Ko, Amber Tope, and Timi Afolami. The firm also advised on a range of antitrust, data and technology, employment, finance, real estate, regulatory, and tax matters.
