Latham Advises Bain Capital on its Acquisition of House of HR

Latham & Watkins has advised Bain Capital Private Equity, one of the world’s leading private multi-asset alternative investment firms, on its acquisition of a 55% stake in House of HR, a European leader in HR services.

House of HR is headquartered in Roeselare, Belgium, and has offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany, and recruitment agencies in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Spain. It places over 57,000 people each month across small, medium and large companies.
