Latham Advises Build A Rocket Boy on Acquisition of PlayFusion

Latham & Watkins has advised Build A Rocket Boy Ltd, an international game developer and publisher, on an agreement to acquire PlayFusion, an independent studio pioneering the development of next-generation video games and entertainment, for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition will help to accelerate growth as Build A Rocket Boy continues to develop its flagship products.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Mike Turner, with associates Katie Kaplucha, Will Temple-Smith, and Toni Adejuyigbe. Advice was also provided on employment matters by London partner Sarah Gadd and counsel Shaun Thompson, with associate Harriet Gray; and on DTT matters by London partner Christian McDermott, with associates Irina Vasile and Grace Erskine.
