Latham Advises Coatue Management on Alan’s €173 Million Series F

Paris team represents investment firm on the transaction.
Latham & Watkins has advised Coatue Management, a US technology-focused investment company, on the €173 million Series F financing of Alan, a leading independent digital health insurance provider in France.
The round was led by Belfius, with participation from existing investors Coatue Management, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Temasek, and Lakestar, and now values Alan at €4 billion. Latham previously advised Coatue on Alan’s €185 million Series D.
The Latham team was led by Paris partner Pierre-Louis Cléro and Bay Area partner Benjamin Potter, with Paris counsel Xavier Nassoy.
