Latham & Watkins Advises CoStar Group in Acquisition of Homesnap

CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces, announced it has reached an agreement to acquire Homesnap, Inc. for $250 million in cash.
