Latham & Watkins has advised D-Marin, a group dedicated to providing premium services in marina management and development, on the acquisition of Industrie Turistiche Nautiche S.p.A., operating Mirabello Marina in La Spezia, from DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A., acting on behalf of the FIA “Fondo per lo Sviluppo del Territorio — Fondo Comune di Investimento Immobiliare di Tipo Chiuso,” and Latin Spark Italia S.r.l.
