Milan and Munich team advises on sale of leading European manufacturer of electrical installation conduits.
Latham & Watkins has advised DBAG Fund VII, a fund advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, on the sale of Pmflex Group, a leading European manufacturer of electrical installation conduits, to Hager group, a leading provider of solutions and services for electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
The Latham team was led by Munich partner Rainer Traugott and Milan partner Giovanni Sandicchi, with associates Giulio Palazzo and Lorenzo Pistoresi. Advice was also provided on regulatory matters by Milan counsel Cesare Milani.
