Latham & Watkins Advises Easybrain in Acquisition by Embracer Group
Embracer Group AB ("Embracer"), the parent company of businesses developing and publishing PC, console and mobile games for the global games market, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Cyprus-based Easybrain Group Limited ("Easybrain"), a leading mobile game developer with a core focus on puzzle and logic games. Easybrain will become Embracer’s eighth operative group as a wholly owned subsidiary and continue to be led by its existing management.
