Latham Advises EIG Partners on €255 Million Investment in Prosolia Energy

Latham & Watkins has advised EIG Partners, an institutional investor specializing in energy and infrastructure, on a €255 million investment agreement with Prosolia Energy, a leading vertically integrated power producer for the solar photovoltaic sector.

The transformative transaction will support Prosolia Energy’s efforts to reach an operating capacity of 2 GW by 2026 and to become a leading IPP in the European renewable energy market.

The Latham team was led by London finance partner Conrad Andersen with associate Amanda Fortuna and Madrid associates Ori Assa and Carmen Alonso.
