Latham Advises EMZ Partners and H&Z on Acquisition of Haselhorst Associates

Latham & Watkins has advised European private equity firm EMZ Partners (EMZ) and its portfolio company H&Z Unternehmensberatung (H&Z), a leading European consulting firm, on the acquisition of Haselhorst Associates. The acquisition of the specialist in crisis management and restructuring marks a new milestone in H&Z's journey to become a leading European consulting firm.

Latham & Watkins regularly advises EMZ and its portfolio companies on transactions, including the investment in H&Z and the most recent add-on transaction of Transform8.
