Latham Advises GIP and Ascend Telecom on Acquisition of Tower Vision India

Corporate team advises on acquisition of leading Indian telecommunication infrastructure company.
Latham & Watkins advised Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) and its portfolio company, Ascend Telecom Infrastructure, on their acquisition of Tower Vision India Private Limited, a company engaged in the provision of passive telecommunication infrastructure services through towers in India from Tower Vision Mauritius Limited.
The Latham team was led by Singapore corporate partner Sidharth Bhasin, with counsel Carolyn Wong and associate Heidi Lui. Advice was also provided on finance and hedging matters by Singapore partner Andrew Bishop and Hong Kong partner Michael Hardy, with counsel Ruonan Duan and associate Aakash Sardana.
