Latham & Watkins has advised Grünenthal GmbH, a leading pharmaceutical company in the area of pain management, on the issuance of a €500 million bond aggregate principal amount of 4.625% senior secured notes due 2031.
Grünenthal was advised in-house by a legal team led by Sebastian Köhler (General Counsel), with Sabine König (Senior Legal Counsel), Megan Renze (Senior Legal Counsel US), and Hannah Engels (Global Compliance and Responsibility Officer).
