Latham & Watkins Advises on Hazel Health’s US$32 Million Series C Financing

A Bay Area-based team advised the pediatric telehealth provider in its financing round.

Hazel Health, a pediatric telehealth provider, has announced it has raised a Series C funding round, led by Owl Ventures and Bain Capital Ventures, with additional funding by Uprising, UCSF Foundation Investment Company, and Centene Corporation.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Hazel Health in the transaction with a corporate team led by Bay Area partner Tad Freese, with associates Saad Khanani, Betsie Stukenborg and Madelyn Tarr.
