Latham & Watkins Advises Hidden Road on MiCA Compliance

The global credit network for institutions becomes one of only four companies to be granted a MiCA license by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets.
Latham & Watkins has advised Hidden Road Partners CIV NL B.V., the Netherlands entity of Hidden Road, on meeting the requirements of the new Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). The entity has now been granted a license by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
Hidden Road Partners is the global credit network for institutions, providing prime brokerage, clearing, and financing services to enable seamless access to traditional and digital markets. This new license allows Hidden Road to offer digital assets services to counterparties based in all European Economic Area (EEA) countries.
The London team was led by London partners Stuart Davis and Gabriel Lakeman, with London associate Cameron Jones.
