Latham Advises Igneo on Sale of 25% Stake in Finerge to AXA IM Alts

Latham & Watkins has advised Igneo Infrastructure Partners (Igneo), the direct infrastructure arm of First Sentier Investors, on the sale of a 25% stake in its Iberian renewables platform Finerge to AXA IM Alts. The transaction, which is subject to customary approvals, is expected to close by the end of 2023.
The addition of AXA IM Alts, a global leader in alternative investments, as shareholder will help support Finerge in its plan to make further investments in developing, constructing and operating wind farms and solar PV plants in Portugal and Spain.
