Latham Advises IK Partners on Investment in Cinerius Financial Partners

Latham & Watkins has advised European private equity firm IK Partners on its majority investment in Cinerius Financial Partners (Cinerius), a leading independent wealth management platform. IK is investing from its IK IX Fund and existing investor, Summit Partners and the Cinerius management team are reinvesting significantly as part of the transaction. Financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
