Latham & Watkins has advised Inflexion, a leading European mid-market private equity firm, on its minority partnership capital investment into Easyfairs, an international events company, together with Cobepa, a Brussels-based privately held investment firm.
As part of the transaction, Inflexion and Cobepa will support the existing Easyfairs management team, with Easyfairs’ founder remaining with the business as chair and maintaining a significant minority shareholding.
