Latham & Watkins Advises i-Tail on Landmark IPO

High-profile transaction represents the largest-ever IPO in the food and beverage sector on the Thai stock market.
Latham & Watkins has advised i-Tail Corporation Public Company Limited (ITC), one of the world’s leading pet food manufacturers, on its 21,120 million baht (US$588 million) initial public offering (IPO) on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The offering consists of 660 million shares at an offer price of 32 baht per share. The transaction represents the largest IPO in the food and beverage sector in the history of the Thai stock market and the second largest IPO on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2022.
The Latham team was led by Hong Kong partner Posit Laohaphan, with Singapore associates Sirada Chayabunjonglerd and Cher Lin Chin.
