London emerging companies team represents one of the world’s largest investors in consumer brands in the funding round.
Latham & Watkins advised L Catterton, the largest global consumer-focused private equity firm, in its investment in Freetrade’s Series B round of £50 million. Freetrade is an investment platform that's designed to get everyone investing.
Left Lane Capital, a growth equity firm focused on consumer internet and technology businesses, led the round, and existing investor, Draper Esprit, also participated.
The Latham team was led by London corporate
