Latham Advises L’Oréal on Its Proposed Acquisition of Aēsop From Brazilian Natura
Latham & Watkins has advised L’Oréal, the world’s leading beauty player, on its agreement with Brazilian cosmetics maker Natura & Co to acquire Aēsop, the Australian luxury beauty brand. The proposed transaction values Aēsop at an enterprise value of US$2.525 billion.
