Latham Advises Mainova WebHouse on Joint Venture With Tishman Speyer
Latham & Watkins has advised Mainova WebHouse GmbH (Mainova WebHouse), a subsidiary of Mainova AG, on a strategic agreement with Tishman Speyer, a leading global real estate developer and investment manager. Mainova WebHouse specializes in the planning, construction, and operation of sustainable data centers.
The agreement includes the option for a joint venture to develop data centers on a 75,000 sqm site in Frankfurt; a significant waste heat capacity is to be delivered to Mainova’s district heating grid.
