Latham Advises Miniclip on US$1.2 Billion Acquisition of Easybrain

Latham & Watkins has advised Miniclip, an international digital games and entertainment company, on an agreement to acquire Easybrain, a mobile game developer, from Embracer Group AB. This acquisition will further reinforce Miniclip’s vision to engage a broad audience of players and deliver exceptional experiences.

Miniclip intends to acquire Easybrain for an enterprise value of approximately US$1.2 billion on a cash and debt-free basis. Closing of the transaction is expected to take place in the first months of 2025 and is conditional upon customary conditions, including regulatory approvals.
