Latham & Watkins Advises Moneybox on Its £35 Million Series D

Funding round aims to develop the digital wealth manager’s financial planning and investment offering.
Latham & Watkins has advised Moneybox, the leading digital wealth manager, on its £35 million Series D funding round. The round will enable Moneybox to scale up the way it supports people through financial planning, and launch additional investment assets.
Fidelity International Strategic Ventures led the round with participation from Polar Capital and a number of existing investors.
Latham previously advised Moneybox on its £30 million Series C fundraising.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Robbie McLaren, with associate Jon Fox.
