Latham Advises NATO Innovation Fund on TEKEVER’s €70 Million Funding Round

London team represents investor on funding round of leader in AI-enabled Unmanned Aerial Systems.

Latham & Watkins has advised the NATO Innovation Fund, NATO’s venture capital fund, as part of €70 million funding round of TEKEVER, the European market leader in AI-enabled Unmanned Aerial Systems.

This investment will accelerate TEKEVER’s growth by enabling investment in R&D to support product innovation. TEKEVER will also use this funding to expand its global production, delivery, and support footprint to meet the growing demand for its products and services.

The round was led by Baillie Gifford and the NATO Innovation Fund, with participation from the National Security Strategic Investment Fund (NSSIF), Crescent Cove Advisors LP, Iberis Semper, and Cedrus Capital.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with London associates Samantha Si and Lucy McEvoy.
