Latham Advises Nuitée on US$48 Million Series a Fundraising

Firm represents the travel technology infrastructure company in funding round.
Latham & Watkins has advised Nuitée Travel Limited (Nuitée), which provides infrastructure APIs tailored for the travel sector, offering a user-friendly solution to transform hotel connectivity and distribution, on its Series A financing round.
The additional funds will be used by Nuitée to expand its product offering, develop new global partnerships, and grow its team.
The round was led by Accel, with participation from leaders at Booking.com, HotelTonight, Priceline, Stripe, Shopify, Webflow, Bird, and Airwallex, as well as venture capital firm P1 Ventures.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo and Silicon Valley partner Benjamin Potter, with London associate Jonathan Lin.
