Latham Advises on Adani Enterprises Limited’s Qualified Institutional Placement

Cross-border team represents bookrunning lead managers in QIP by Adani Group’s flagship company.

Latham & Watkins has advised the bookrunning lead managers, SBI Capital Markets Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited, and ICICI Securities Limited, on the US$500 million Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) by Adani Enterprises Limited, one of India’s largest business incubators in terms of market capitalization.

The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta, with Singapore associate Esha Goel, Hong Kong associate Jay Watanatornpitak, and Foreign Legal Consultant Wang Zhang. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Chicago partner Enrique Rene de Vera, with London associate Fangyuan (Farrah) Yan.
