Latham Advises on Atour Lifestyle’s Public Offering on the Nasdaq

Latham & Watkins has advised the underwriters BofA Securities, Inc. and CMB International Capital Limited on the public offering of 6,624,000 American depositary shares, (ADSs) representing 19,872,000 Class A ordinary shares, of Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (Atour) by the selling shareholder Legend Capital. The ADSs are listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “ATAT.”
Atour is a leading hospitality and lifestyle company in China, with a distinct portfolio of lifestyle hotel brands. Latham previously advised the underwriters on the initial public offering of Atour on the NASDAQ.
