Latham Advises on Financing for Apax Partners' Acquisition of Evelyn Partners’ Professional Services Business

Latham & Watkins has advised the lenders on the financing for funds advised by Apax Partners LLP in its acquisition of the professional services business of Evelyn Partners, a wealth management and accountancy firm.

Upon completion, the professional services business will be rebranded as S&W. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
