Latham Advises on Financing for CVC Joining CD&R as an Investment Partner in Epicor
Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) and CVC have announced that funds managed by CVC have agreed to acquire a significant ownership position in Epicor, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the financing source in the transaction with a team led by New York partner Michael Saliba and New York counsel Marcela Ruenes, with associate Giulia Franzoso.
