Latham Advises on Financing for Madison Dearborn Partners’ Acquisition of APM Human Services International Limited
Latham & Watkins represented the lenders in the financing to support Madison Dearborn Partners’ completed acquisition of APM Human Services International Limited, an international human services provider. The financing consisted of multi-currency senior secured credit facilities totaling more than the equivalent of AUD$1.40 billion (or US$950 million).
