Latham Advises on Go Digit’s US$314 Million IPO
Latham & Watkins has advised the lead managers on the US$314 million initial public offering (IPO) of Go Digit, one of the leading general insurance companies in India, on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
The joint lead managers were Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, HDFC Bank Limited, IIFL Securities Limited, and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited.
The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta and New York partner Michael Benjamin, with Singapore associate Chaitrika Bellana and New York associate Sabrina Singh. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Elena Romanova.
