Latham & Watkins Advises on IBM’s Acquisition of Nordcloud

London team represents top cloud-native service provider in acquisition.

Latham & Watkins advised the shareholders of Nordcloud on the sale of the Nordcloud group, a European leader in cloud implementation, application transformation and managed services, to IBM.

Headquartered in Helsinki, Finland with offices in 10 European countries, Nordcloud's mission is to help businesses become stronger, fitter and more agile with cloud. The acquisition advances IBM's public cloud migration and transformation capabilities.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Mike Turner, with associate Jon Fox.
