Latham Advises on JD.com’s US$1.75 Billion Senior Notes Offering
Latham & Watkins has advised on the upsizing and pricing of JD.com’s offering of convertible senior notes in an aggregate principal amount of US$1.75 billion due 2029.
The Latham team was led by Hong Kong corporate partner Posit Laohaphan, with New York partner Reza Mojtabaee-Zamani and counsel Polina Tulupova, with Hong Kong associate Christine Lo. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Elena Romanova, with Washington, D.C. associate Shiyi Zhang.
