Latham & Watkins Advises on Nayax’s US$93 Million Public Offering
Latham & Watkins has advised Barclays as joint-lead book-running manager, on the underwritten public offering by Nayax Ltd., a global commerce enablement, payments, and loyalty platform designed to help merchants scale their business. The offering consists of 3,130,435 of ordinary shares at a public offering price of US$26.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on March 12, 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Barclays and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint lead book-running managers, and Oppenheimer & Co., William Blair, and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company, acted as book-running managers for the offering.
Latham previously advised on Nayax’s initial public offering (IPO) on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 2021.
