Latham Advises on Pure Pet Food’s £15 Million Series A

London team represents lead investor on funding round of personalized dog food service.
Latham & Watkins has advised venture capital firm Felix Capital on the £15 million Series A financing of Pure Pet Food Limited, which provides personalized dog food delivered to customers’ doors.
Felix Capital led the round, with additional participation from Mercia Ventures.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo, with associate Samantha Peacock.
