Latham Advises on Silknet’s Consent Solicitation in Relation to US$300 Million Notes Offering
Latham & Watkins has advised on a consent solicitation launched by JSC Silknet in relation to its US$300 million 8.375% Notes due 2027. On June 28, 2024, the resolution put forward by JSC Silknet was duly passed at a meeting of the holders of the notes. J.P. Morgan acted as the solicitation agent on the consent solicitation.
This was the third transaction by a Georgian issuer in relation to Eurobond debt on which Latham advised since the start of 2024.
