Latham Advises One Rock on Acquisition of Constantia Flexibles

Latham & Watkins has advised private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (One Rock) on the acquisition of Constantia Flexibles, a leading global packaging manufacturer, from the investment firm Wendel.
