AppLovin, a mobile games company that fuels the growth of many of the world’s most popular mobile games and game studios, has announced it has made a strategic investment in Redemption Games. Terms of the investment were not disclosed. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Redemption Games, Inc. in the transaction with a corporate team led by Bay Area partner Greg Roussel, with Los Angeles associates Andrew Clark, David Ajalat, Eduard Grigoryan, and Century City associate Timothy Day. Advice was provided on benefits and compensation matters by Bay Area partner Julie Crisp, with Los Angeles associate Jordan David; on tax matters by Bay Area partner Grace Lee; on technology transactions matters by Los Angeles partner Ghaith Mahmood, with Bay Area counsel Robert Blamires and Los Angeles associate Natasha Phillips.
